Shipping Fees
Standard delivery is currently free. However, fees may vary depending on the product and country. These details will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Taxes and customs duties are included, except in exceptional cases where the customer will be informed.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support at: info@satyn.fr.
Delays During Promotions or Holidays
During peak periods, such as promotions or holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer.
RETURN POLICY - SATYN
At Satyn, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, here’s how returns work:
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Unfortunately, after 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Returned clothing items must be:
Unworn and unwashed (no signs of use, perfume, sweat, or makeup traces).
In their original condition and packaging (including labels, tags, dust bags, and protective films where applicable).
Free of damage, stains, or alterations not caused by Satyn.
Accompanied by all accessories originally provided (buttons, ribbons, laces, etc.).
Any item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.
Items on Sale or During Promotions
Items purchased during promotional periods or on sale are not refundable or exchangeable once the 14-day legal withdrawal period has passed.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@satyn.fr
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For returns over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
